The Art of Living is an educational and humanitarian movement engaged in stress-management and service initiatives. It operates in 152 countries and has touched the lives of over 370 million people.
The founder of Art of Living and nobel peace prize nominee Sri Sri Ravishankar has rekindled the traditions of yoga and meditation, offering them in a form that is relevant to the 21st century. At the core of the workshops lies the Sudarshan Kriya ®, a technique that relieves a person from stress, allowing to rediscover an inner reservoir of energy and peace.
Chitra Bhatia and Mandy McGill have more than 10 years of experience each in conducting these workshops in English and in French. They bond intuitively with the participants and pursue their wellbeing with follow-ups after each workshop. Mandy is also a Feng-Shui consultant and Chitra owns and runs the Ananda Boutique and Café in Neuchatel.
