This is how Rozenn describes her experience with wild edible plants:

• Nurse, University diploma in phytotherapy and aromatherapy in 2008 at Bobigny, Paris
• One-week training with François Couplan in 2005
• I grew up in the countryside and with flowers around me that my parents grew.
• I was always in close contact to nature, and I was happily surprised when I discovered that the weeds in the garden were in fact very good plants rich in vitamins and minerals.
  I started to cook for myself and wanted to share my knowledge by providing workshops.
